Hi, my name is Khrystian Powell and I teach 7th Grade ELA here at G.C. Hawley Middle School! I received my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies, with a minor in Education, from the University of Lynchburg. This will be my first year teaching, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Personally, my main hobbies include photography, reading, and sports.

Garner native, graduated from UNC- Greensboro; spent 6 years teaching in Greensboro, NC before moving back to Wake County and teaching 4 years in Raleigh, NC.
